Itinerary: Rann of Kutch festival
The Rann of Kutch festival Special Package Tour Itinerary is as follows: Rann Utsav 2025 – October 23, 2025, to March 4, 2026
Transfers from Bhuj to Tent City Dhordo on fixed timings as follows:
8:15 AM & 2:30 PM – From Bhuj Railway Station
10:30 AM & 3:30 PM – From Bhuj Railway Station / Bhuj Airport
1- Any individual transfer (on chargeable basis).
2- No transfers will be available after above timing.
3- Allocation of tented accommodation to guests who arrive well before check-in time will be highly subject to availability.
4- Distance from Bhuj to Tent City Dhordo is approx. 85 kilometers which take about 1 hr 45 mins,
5-Complimentary refreshment en route Dhordo in the bus.
6-Arrival at Tent City Dhordo from Bhuj (Check in time: 12:30 PM)
Day 01 : Arrival and Leisure Activities
- 12:30 PM Onward: Welcome & Check-In at Tent City Dhordo.
- 12:30 PM – 2:30 PM: Lunch at respective Dining Areas.
- 2:30 PM – 4:00 PM: Enjoy in-house activities.
- 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM: Tea/Coffee break.
- 5:00 PM – 5:30 PM: Transfer to White Rann to witness the grandeur of the sunset. Mode of transfer will be through Camel Cart / Bus purely on first come first basis. Guests will have to return by the same mode of transfer.
- 7:00 PM – 7:30 PM: Return transfers to Tent City in Dhordo.
- 7:30 PM – 10:00 PM: Dinner served at the respective dining areas
- 8:30 PM – 10:30 PM: Enjoy the Culture of Kutch along with entertaining activities.
Day 02 : Exploration and Cultural Experiences
- 6:00 AM – 6:30 AM: Morning Tea.
- 6:30 AM – 7:00 AM: Visit White Rann of Kutch to view the sunrise
- 7:30 AM – 10:00 AM: Breakfast at respective dining Areas
- 8:30 AM Onwards: Complimentary tour to Mandvi Kutch Distance from Tent City is approximately 140 kilometers one way.
- 11:30 AM – 12:30 PM: Visit Shyamji Krishna Varma Memorial
- 1:30 PM – 2:00 PM: Visit Vijay Vilas Palace.
- 2:00 PM – 3:30 PM: Lunch.
- 3:00 PM – 6:30 PM: Enjoy Leisure at Private Beach This beach is regarded as one of the finest beaches on Gujarat shoreline. A great family spot to spend a quality time where you can swim and enjoy a nice view of the coastline.
- 6:30 PM Onwards: Return transfers to Tent City in Dhordo.
- 8:30 PM – 10:30 PM: Enjoy the Culture of Kutch along with entertaining activities.
- 9:00 PM – 10:00 PM: Dinner at the respective dining areas.
Day 03 : Departure with Sightseeing
6:00 AM to 7:00 AM – Morning Tea
7:30 AM to 10:00 AM – Breakfast served at respective dining areas.
9:30 AM – Vacate from Tent City
9:30 AM to 10:30 AM – Departure to Bhuj with complimentary sight-seeing in places of interest at Bhuj.
Tour Package Cost: 9,100/- per person + 5 % GST.
